Unless you’ve been living under a rock for like ever. You will be aware that we should be eating 7-10 portions of fruit and vegetables daily. Nowadays, with our high-paced, busy lifestyles, it’s almost impossible to eat enough raw fruits and veggies every single day to nourish our bodies appropriately.

They also assist in the digestive process. When you cook your food, all those good enzymes are lost and it is much more stressful on the body to manufacture its own. Most enzymes needed by the body come from food sources. (Please note that all commercial bottled juices do not have any active enzymes anymore as the product has been pasteurised).
