Ha, so now i have your attention, I just wanted to share a couple of great recipes to enjoy our superfood powders.
As i’m sure most of you are aware we have developed an amazing greens superfood powder that can be shaken with water, coconut water, juice and nut milks or blended to power up your smoothies. Over the next few weeks i will be sharing lots of different ways to enjoy your beloved matcha powder so you can understand why we love them so much.
cleanse – alkalise – energise
This powdered greens blend is a synergistic formula of grass juices, algae, fruit and vegetable powders which provide essential phytonutrients, live enzymes, chlorophyll and natural vitamins and minerals.
70g brazil nuts
30g sunflower seeds
120g dried apple
2 tsp mattsupps matcha
40g pea or hemp protein powder
½ avocado or banana
20g coconut oil
In a blender , blitz the Brazil nuts and sunflower seeds and set aside
Whizz up the apple, mattsupps matcha, protein powder and banana or avocado
Add the honey, melted coconut oil and the nut mix and mix together thoroughly using your hands.
Roll into balls and cover with the desiccated coconut.
Store in the fridge and consume when required.
